From Cebu, the route to Dumaguete is very direct. Simply take a boat or bus. You can ask about either of these at the airport.
From the international airport in Manila, you will have to travel to the domestic airport, from which you may take another plain to Dumaguete.
You can always arrange pick-up from the Dumaguete airport or pier. Just tell us when you plan to arrive at Panorama, and where you are coming from.
